On behalf of the Korn and Cochran families, we would like to thank all of those who participated in the gathering of Al’s memorial service at Peninsula Temple Sholom.
A special thank you to Cantor Barry Reich and Rabbi Daniel Feder for organizing and facilitating the service. To Ron Peters for his participation and capturing of Al’s spirit with his words. To Elayne Weinstock for coordinating food and refreshments, to Irv and Dave Weinstock, Linda Chickering and Marian Slattery for preparation and cleaning up, to Kirsten and Sam Kim for setting up and bringing dozens of cookies, to all those who brought the delicious cookies and cakes, to Inna and James Kelley for setting up and bringing coffee, to Steve Maller and Alan Zeichick for organizing and coordinating the webcast, and to Bruce Cochran for creating the program for the service.
And thank you to all who joined us at the temple and viewed the memorial via webcast--your presence was felt.
